WEEDLESS DAMSELFLY
DESCRIPTION
Damselfly nymphs can be one of the most important food sources for stillwater trout at times, and it can be very effective to slowly strip unweighted imitations in the surface when trout are rising. There’s nothing more frustrating than targeting a large trout that’s rising to Damsels, only to get your fly caught in the weed bed. The Weedless Damselfly nymph is an effective pattern that keeps your hook clear of everything but the fish you’re targeting!
